Use of Google Workspace APIs
ContactSwing utilizes Google Workspace APIs solely to provide and enhance our services.
Information received through Google Workspace APIs is accessed and processed only to provide the functionality requested by the authenticated user, such as sending emails, scheduling meetings, or managing calendar events.
ContactSwing’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google Workspace user data, including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data, to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. Google Workspace user data is used only for the purposes authorized by the user and is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
AI Services
ContactSwing AI provides AI-powered features through ContactSwing LLM, our AI orchestration layer. ContactSwing LLM is powered by OpenAI and uses OpenAI’s API to process user requests and deliver AI-generated responses.
Google Workspace user data is transmitted to OpenAI only when necessary to fulfill a user-initiated request, such as drafting an email, summarizing content, or creating a calendar event. Such data is processed solely to provide the requested functionality and is not used by ContactSwing AI or OpenAI to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable law.
Upon termination of services, Google user data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@contactswing.ai.
Security of Data
We take the security of your information seriously and use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Service Providers
