As the founder of both IT and Healthcare staffing agencies, Divya lived the daily communication challenges of these fast-paced industries. Her unique position provided a singular insight: despite their differences, both sectors shared a common struggle with timely, accurate communication.

Running both IT and Healthcare staffing agencies, Divya faced a relentless communication challenge. This persistent struggle revealed a universal need in staffing: quick, accurate, and personalized communication at all hours. It was this realization that sparked the idea for ContactSwing.

Birth of ContactSwing

Drawing from her cross-industry expertise, Divya collaborated with AI specialists to create ContactSwing. Her goal: develop an AI Voice assistant that understood the nuances of professional communication across various sectors.

Expanding Horizons

As ContactSwing evolved, Divya recognized its potential beyond the original industries. The real estate sector, restaurants, and car dealerships emerged as natural fits for the platform. Each industry presented unique communication challenges that ContactSwing's AI Voice Assistant could address, demonstrating the technology's versatility and adaptability.
