At the end of your free month, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, your account will be limited to the Free plan features until the time your 200 voice minutes are used.
What are AI Voice Minutes, and how do they work?
AI Voice Minutes represent the total time your AI assistants spend on calls. Each plan comes with a set number of minutes, and you can purchase additional minutes if needed.
What happens if I exceed my allotted AI Voice Minutes?
If you exceed your plan's AI Voice Minutes, you'll be charged the additional per-minute rate shown in your plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
What are tokens, and how do they differ from AI Voice Minutes?
Tokens are used for specific high-value actions within the platform, such as creating custom workflows or accessing advanced features. They provide flexibility beyond the core AI communication functions.
Do unused AI Voice Minutes or tokens roll over?
AI Voice Minutes do not roll over, but unused tokens will carry forward for up to 12 months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

How long does the Early Adopter pricing last?
The Early Adopter pricing is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of sign-up, as long as you maintain an active subscription.
